Posted on : 2023-05-15

Paperboat Farm’s Savour the Field event NEEDS YOU

We’re excited to announce that on July 15, Savour the Field will be taking over  Eastern Ontario. This fun-filled day will begin at 10 AM, with participating agrifood businesses opening their doors to visitors and showcasing the best of what they have to offer.

To encourage everyone to explore as much as possible, the participating businesses will be mapped out, and an epic game with spectacular prizes will be played (which requires nothing on your part).

The day will conclude around 4 PM, with ticket holders heading over to Paperboat Farms for a farm-to-fork dinner featuring food from the farms they toured. Guests can enjoy entertainment, drinks, out of this world hyper local food, and a truly unforgettable experience.

Le Droit highlighted EOAN’s work today (article in French only) with the our new SavourEastOn website.

Does Eastern Ontario have something unique? YES!

  • We have unique soil that is ideal for berries and small fruits. Also ideal to raise ducks, geese, and lamb.
  • We have unique climate which although does include harsh winters, includes beautiful and warm summers.
  • We have unique water, with Caledonia Springs.
  • We have unique people, welcoming, warm, and hardworking.

That is why we created SavourEastOn.
